> Top Five Games Ideas For The Gameboy Advance
SPECIAL FEATURE - The following is just 5 different game ideas that I think should be made on the GBA. This is MY opinion on the Top 5 games that should be made. If you don't agree, I couldn't care less. Hah! I have a Game Boy Advance site and you don't! This ONE - SUPER MARIO REASON - Mario is the essence of Nintendo. Every Nintendo system begins and ends with a good, brand new Mario game, so GBA should follow those footsteps, right? It's not like making a whole new Mario game is a chore, it would be alot of fun to make all new items and a few new baddies. It could be wierd, wacky and wonderful! It would be real rad dude! Mario Bros. 2, 3 and Mario World are great for the GBA, but once those are done, they're done! Lets get a new Mario on the GO! Woah woah woah! TWO - DONKEY KONG COUNTRY 4 REASON - Although Rare is one of my favourite companies, I'd have to say that so far on the GBA, they are being complete idiots. Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge? Yay... let's make a whole new collecting adventure just like the ones that failed on the N64! The Game Boy Advance is so much like the Super Famicon, yet all these companies are trying to make 3D crap. If Rareware thought about it, some of the best games are just like their oldschool ones. Donkey Kong Country 4 would be amazing. THREE - EARTHBOUND (MOTHER 3) REASON - Mother 3 was in the works for N64 almost since the system came out, but eventually they just decided it wasn't going to happen. Either way, it looked like they were trying to make it too much like the FF series on PSX anyways. Why not keep it alot like the SNES Earthbound? That was one of the most original and complete games RPGs ever made. If they did make Earthbound for the GBA, it could be amazing. New characters and new baddies but with the same old PSI system and following along the lines of the same story. Mother 3 could be an amazing game for the GBA. FOUR - THE LEGEND OF ZELDA REASON - Zelda games just happen to be my favourite games of all time, so of course I'd like to see a brand new Zelda game on the GBA. They could make it look just like A Link to The Past, but it could be a long, brand new adventure, like what they did with the Oracle games for the GBC. Zelda games are just full of interesting items and characters, and with no games of this genre (adventure/RPG) on the GBA so far, this is something that is missing. Hopefully Plastic-Face Myamoto hears our plees and smothers the workplace with Zelda plastic. FIVE - CALIFORNIA GAMES REASON - There was California Games on the NES, which was an amazing Oldschool title, and then California Games on the SNES. The NES version was amazing, with 5 different games to choose from, each just as good as the last one. But the SNES version just wasn't nearly as good. Still, if they're going to make those two versions, why not make a third for GBA (of course, completely 2-D)? There could be new modes with a few of the old ones (FOOTBAG, Disk Toss). All of the modes would have to be completely Oldschool of course, with lots of fun things and especially a multiplayer mode.  Top |
